Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, researching and resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness. Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to a variety of topics and ensuring their needs are met

  • Research and problem-solve for appropriate solutions, utilizing arenaflex's resources and expertise
  • Utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry, utilizing arenaflex's systems and tools
  • Adapt to changing business needs, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation, with experience in CRM systems and software
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs, remaining flexible and responsive to shifting priorities
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime, as needed
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
