Job Summary

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers get the most from their arenaflex experience. You'll become an expert in our platform, teaching financial advisors how to leverage its full potential and resolving any issues that may arise. Our ideal candidate is a bright, high-energy individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a willingness to learn new systems quickly. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for our customers

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the arenaflex platform and its features, with the ability to teach and train financial advisors on its use
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support services
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy

Essential Qualifications:

* College graduate with a degree in finance, business, or a related field (major in finance or business preferred)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, software support, or a related field (prior experience supporting a software product preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the financial advisory industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
