Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
• Ability to efficiently prioritize work time to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Familiarity with multiple internet browsers, database searching, and instant messaging tools
