Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both in-store and online. You'll be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary focus will be on data entry, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
