What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a remote customer service and sales representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Utilizing your customer service and sales experience daily to provide exceptional support to our customers
* Persuading and upselling customers while reducing frustration and displeasure
* Handling back-to-back calls with care, empathy, and professionalism
* Using exceptional de-escalation skills on escalated calls to resolve issues efficiently

What Is Required (Qualifications)

* Attendance adherence is critical for training success, so you must be reliable and punctual
* A private, undisturbed workspace free from distractions to ensure you can focus on your work
* High-speed internet with minimum speeds of 25mbps download and 15mbps upload to support your remote work
* 2+ years of sales experience to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* 2+ years of call center customer service/sales experience to handle complex customer issues
* High school diploma, GED, or college experience to demonstrate your commitment to education and personal growth
