Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, including billing questions, account management, and transaction disputes.

Essential Qualifications

Working Hours
