- Guide the recovery journey by performing comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments that capture the full picture of a patient’s needs and strengths to inform a personalized care strategy.
- Lead therapeutic interventions by conducting or co-leading group therapy sessions, providing patients with the essential coping tools and community support needed for healing.
- Shape personalized treatment goals by actively participating in team conferences to refine interventions that address the specific age-related and clinical needs of each patient.
- Empower patient progress by evaluating real-time responses to care and adjusting nursing plans, ensuring every intervention is purposeful and responsive to the patient’s evolving status.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
