Staff Accountant - Remote Flexibility and Part-time About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a highly regarded organization who is dedicated to the education community.
- Due to a position reevaluation the client is looking to bring on a temporary Staff Accountant.
- Pay: $30-31/hr depending on experience.
- Schedule: part-time ~ 25-30/hrs a week
- Mostly remote for local candidates - may need to check the mail in DC 1x a week
- Duration: flexible ~ 2 weeks to 2 months
Overview of the Staff Accountant role:
- AP - data entry of invoices, coding
- AR - invoicing, collections, payment posting
- Ad hoc projects/entries
Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Sage Intacct and bill.com experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus
