Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone-based interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing rapport and showing empathy with customers to make them feel valued and understood

Schedule
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with 40 hours per week. You must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST, with overtime hours encouraged during peak call periods.
