Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working from home, using our state-of-the-art technology and equipment to stay connected with our customers and colleagues. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use our CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer records, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.
  • Work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, provide support, and achieve common goals.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers orally and in written form
  • Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting

  • Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate, with a pay range of $17.00 - $31.30
