Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering customer data accurately and efficiently into our systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working and shopping environment for customers and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and qualify customers to survey their requirements and provide assistance

  • Utilize devices to find out about items and provide data to customers to sell a whole task
  • Develop skills to welcome, qualify, suggest, and close every customer in your area of expertise
  • Maintain the in-stock state of allocated regions, ensuring they are clean, shop-capable, and safe
  • Provide a safe working and shopping climate by observing all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with Specialty Boss and other colleagues in your area of expertise and other divisions
  • Work in various store offices, including Structure Materials, Stylistic theme, Electrical, Ground surface, Nursery, Equipment, Kitchen and Shower, Timber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Device Rental

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Working on location at a specific Home Terminal area to follow through with your task obligations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working and shopping environment for customers and colleagues

Online Evaluation

As part of the application process for this role, you'll be required to complete an online evaluation. The evaluation typically takes around 17 minutes to complete and will assess your approach to work and business-related situations. You'll be asked questions about your professional experience, learning potential, obligation, and customer concentration.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a home improvement or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
