Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance to our valued customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact on their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist customers with account-related questions, claims, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
  • Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
