Responsibilities

As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in a Windows-based environment.
  • Ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills.

  • Experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.

Work Environment

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay: $13.50 - $14.50 (Bilingual) an hour.
