Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while representing the arenaflex brand to customers
  • Utilizing CRM software to document customer interactions and track progress on customer inquiries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
