What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assisting Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans: Provide expert guidance and support to our members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and ensuring they receive the care they need.
• Taking Inbound Calls and Answering Questions: Respond to inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, providing clear and concise information to our members.

What We Require (Qualifications)
