Job Summary

We're seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for engaging with clients through outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients through outbound calls, building rapport, and providing excellent customer service
  • Scheduling and managing appointments effectively using calendar management tools
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track customer interactions and data
  • Maintaining a professional phone etiquette at all times, representing our team positively
  • Using basic office equipment and skills to complete daily tasks
  • Proactively resolving customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary
  • Maintaining customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Processing customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Working within a flexible schedule, providing customer service support during designated hours

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic understanding of office equipment and office skills
  • Experience in outbound sales is a must
  • Ability to manage scheduling and booking appointments effectively
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments
  • Excellent phone etiquette is required
  • Customer service experience is highly valued
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently
  • High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Must be able to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
