Key Responsibilities
• Moderating chat on our official Discord server to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all users
- Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
- Banning users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines
- Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
- Investigating reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive community environment
- Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and adapting to changes as needed
Qualifications
To be successful as a Chat Moderator, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with Discord and community management principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
