As a Client Outreach Manager at arenaflex, you'll embark on a journey that's anything but typical. You'll be the face of our company, building relationships with potential customers, and helping them understand the value of our platform. Your role will involve a mix of calls, emails, chats, meetings, webinars, and more, requiring you to be adaptable, resilient, and always ready to learn.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Outbound calling to potential customers, building relationships, and establishing trust
* Meeting with executives, including the CEO and vice presidents, to discuss our platform and its benefits
* Appointment setting and scheduling to ensure seamless communication with our team
* Attending online conferences and webinars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Navigating and overcoming initial objections and questions from potential customers
* Documenting relevant information pertaining to outreach efforts and conversations in Hubspot and Excel
Experience:
* Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales, with a proven track record of success
* A passion for road safety and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others
Requirements:
* Strong English Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex ideas, build rapport with customers, and communicate effectively on the phone and via email
* Excellent Customer Service Skills: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships
* Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work effectively with executives, customers, and internal stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Effective Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, overcome obstacles, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
* Appointment scheduling experience: 1 year
* Customer support experience: 1 year
* Phone etiquette experience: 1 year
