Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. As a Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Providing excellent customer service and empathy, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
  • Performing heavy data entry and gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (no exceptions)
  • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required
  • Active internet connection and the ability to work from home
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
