Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Providing excellent customer service and empathy, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Performing heavy data entry and gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (no exceptions)
- Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required
- Active internet connection and the ability to work from home
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
