Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting professional outbound sales and customer service calls to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Offering additional products and services to callers to increase sales and revenue
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, including sales and customer service calls
- Adhering to a provided work schedule and maintaining a high level of punctuality
- Maintaining confidentiality of company and client information
- Successfully achieving sales and fundraising goals on outbound projects
- Maintaining efficiency and composure while handling various types of calls
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Flexibility to work on Sundays and accommodate a varied work schedule
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently

- Reliable transportation for commuting to work (note: this role is remote, so you'll need a dedicated workspace)
