Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers through our ticketing system
- Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
- Reviewing each open ticket to track the outcome and ensure timely resolution
- Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and keeping them informed of the status of their tickets
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
- Collaborating with our Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient ticket closure
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail are essential for this role
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems and email software
Preferred Qualifications
