Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers through our ticketing system
  • Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to track the outcome and ensure timely resolution
  • Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and keeping them informed of the status of their tickets
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborating with our Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient ticket closure

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable

  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail are essential for this role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems and email software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services is a plus
  • Certification in customer service or technical support is an asset
