Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately entering work orders into our computer system, communicating with accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter work orders into our computer system for scheduling purposes based on direction from the dental office for each case

• Contact accounts with any delivery conflicts
• Organize work throughout the lab and deliver to departments
• Verify the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket, and other applicable notes
• Assist with FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Answer the telephone and provide customer service when needed
• Assist with nightly cleanup of the area as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Knowledge & Skills

* Basic functional computer, printer, fax, postage machine, and credit card processing machines

• Verbal communication skills with all levels of staff
• Ability to work efficiently in a standing and sitting workstation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions

Other Responsibilities

* Send out prescription forms, boxes, and labels

• Restock work area and perform general cleaning
• Help where needed as directed by your supervisor
• Follow all safety rules and regulations (gloves, mask, and eyewear)

Essential Function

* Perform tasks in a standing and sitting workstation

• Work efficiently with the department to complete daily requirements

Education

* High School or Equivalent or better

* Valid Driver License
