Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Supervisor in our Import Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the customer service experience, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, shipping procedures, and documentation requirements

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling all aspects of import operations from beginning to end
• In-depth understanding of customs regulations, including compliance and documentation requirements
• Familiarity with shipping regulations, including customs procedures and documentation requirements
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction, including fostering relationships and resolving complex issues
• Experience handling cross-border moves and navigating high-pressure environments
