As a Data Entry Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing departmental mail and work requests, and providing administrative support to our team. As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:- Sorting and distributing incoming departmental mail or work requests
- Checking work process reports to ensure required data is available
- Requesting any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
- Outputting, printing, and listing reports
- Planning correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
- Maintaining departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
- Monitoring supply stock or arranging supplies as needed
- Assisting other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior work experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
