Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex
  • Use knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address customer inquiries, provide support, and offer solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call types, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in special projects and initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center environment
  • Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent telephone etiquette and ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills, with ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.); SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to navigate information systems and internet, with strong English comprehension and good command of grammar
  • Must be able to connect hardwire/ethernet; no hotspots/WIFI allowed

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the optical industry

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.50 for English-speaking representatives and $20.00 for bilingual French-speaking representatives
