Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles and tone
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer-centric solutions
  • Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
