We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative, working a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am.

Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for monitoring and closing out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, verifying details pertaining to the work completed, and assisting with logistics and system support as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system

  • Assist technicians with order closeouts
  • Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
  • Update information through data entry
  • Run reports and update trackers as needed
  • Assist with logistics and system related issues
  • Assist with inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and have the willingness to research and suggest creative solutions
  • Adapt to change and have the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Schedule

* In-Person Training at office located in Green Bay, WI; Monday - Friday; day shift

  • 12-hour Rotating Night Shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am

Compensation

* $15.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential
