Job Summary

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our brand, and your interactions with customers will shape their perception of our company. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide superb customer service to online customers through phone, email, and chat

  • Answer customer inquiries with clear, concise, and detailed responses
  • Process and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter data into various computer applications, including our online database (www.arenaflex.com)
  • Process and fulfill customer orders, including researching and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role in a retail or call center environment

  • Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and processing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
