Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients through live chat conversations on their websites or social media accounts. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from anywhere and at times that suit you. With full training provided, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat conversations on clients' websites or social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to drive business growth
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills (full training provided)
