Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your contributions will directly impact our customers' experiences, and we're excited to have you on board. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

  • Independently key data into work orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Meet or exceed weekly targets for data entry and processing, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain missing information, showcasing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct audits on invoices to identify and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges, demonstrating your attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Track and report cost savings achieved through your efforts, highlighting your ability to measure and analyze data.
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Management (CSM) team, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned and complete other duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist (Typist) who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. Here are some of the key qualifications and skills we're looking for:

  • An Associate's Degree (preferred) or relevant experience in a related field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills with a strong focus on accuracy, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Good organizational abilities and familiarity with Excel and Word, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, highlighting your ability to work with complex software systems.
  • Familiarity with material handling and aerial equipment is also preferred, demonstrating your ability to work with a variety of equipment and systems.

Physical Demands

This position requires regular sitting or standing for up to 8 hours, along with repetitive hand motions for typing. The ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds may be necessary.
