Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Clearing Backlog and Compiling Reports: Assist in clearing our backlog by compiling reports and importing information from multiple systems and resources. This will require attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Organizing and Maintaining Files and Records: Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborating with Internal Teams and External Partners: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address business objectives and issues, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Ensuring Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of master data by conducting regular data audits and measuring data consistency, identifying and correcting errors in data entries.
• Handling Sensitive Information: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies, ensuring that all data is secure and protected.
• Secure Storage and Disposal: Ensure secure storage and proper disposal of confidential data, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 1+ Years of Experience in Data Entry: At least one year of experience in data entry is required, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience Working with Homeless Families or Individuals: While not required, experience working with homeless families or individuals is a plus, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse populations and provide exceptional service.
• Proficient in a Computer-Based Work Environment: Proficiency in a computer-based work environment is essential, with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Strong Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail is critical in this role, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Available Shifts: Available shifts are Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and Saturdays.

Available Shifts and Compensation

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including:

• $26.00 - $32.00 per hour: Competitive hourly rate, reflecting your skills and experience.
• Flexible Scheduling: Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with available shifts Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and Saturdays.
