Job Summary

As a Packaging Strategy Lead - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven packaging strategies that drive sales and brand loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including packaging design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of packaging initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis, packaging design, and project management will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven packaging strategies that drive sales and brand loyalty

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including packaging design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of packaging initiatives
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for packaging innovation
• Design and develop packaging solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
• Manage and maintain packaging data and documentation, including packaging specifications, artwork, and labeling
• Develop and implement packaging testing and validation protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure packaging materials and services meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including packaging suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide training and support to internal teams on packaging best practices and regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and provide recommendations for packaging innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in packaging design, procurement, or logistics
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with ability to develop and implement data-driven packaging strategies
• Strong knowledge of packaging design principles, including packaging materials, structures, and labeling
• Experience with packaging testing and validation protocols, including compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve packaging-related issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience with packaging design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and packaging design tools
• Experience with data analysis software, including Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
• Knowledge of packaging regulations, including FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations
• Experience with packaging testing and validation protocols, including compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
