Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including client information, transactions, and inventory management

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory levels, client information, and transaction history
• Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols

Client Experience

* Greet clients and patients in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Provide assistance with items and services, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Model and promote excellent customer service practices, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, including providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed

Activities

* Provide clients with gracious, courteous, and efficient assistance, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory levels, client information, and transaction history
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, including providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
• Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Organization and Resource Security

* Execute organization resource security strategies to identify and mitigate benefit loss

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory levels, client information, and transaction history
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, including providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
• Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Preparation and Self-Improvement

* Attend training and complete PPLs (Professional Performance Learning) as assigned by the Administrator or designated by corporate

• Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Capabilities

* Familiarity with reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Capabilities

* Previous experience in a retail environment

• Familiarity with Walgreens products and services
