Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team. Your responsibilities will include:

Position Type and Schedule
This is a full-time remote position that requires you to work from home. To be eligible for this role, you must live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.
Training and Development
As a new hire, you'll participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program that includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures. This comprehensive training will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
- Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (arenaflex does not offer part-time schedules)
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and figure out different products
- Advanced education and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
- Dedicated high-speed internet with association rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
- Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and expression
- Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
