Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. You will have access to a comprehensive knowledge base and will be supervised by experienced team leaders who will guide and support you in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on arenaflex clients' websites

• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Use a document with answers to commonly asked questions to guide your responses
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to ensure seamless customer support
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
