Job Summary

This role will be client-facing and a member of the arenaflex Deals team. You will manage a book of 30-45 high-profile accounts across various verticals, such as but not limited to: Drink and Liquor, Auto, Finance, Insurance verticals. Innovation, organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities

* Foster strong relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities

  • Create sales presentations that showcase arenaflex's unique value proposition
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a client to closing the deal
  • Uncover new sales potential opportunities through networking and transforming them into long-term partnerships
  • Develop strategies for fully integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Aggregate and analyze data to identify trends and extrapolate business procedures based on available data
  • Update clients on new arenaflex events, activations, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams to maximize the return on investment of various arenaflex-supported and coordinated events
  • Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer care
  • Manage multiple project timelines and resources to deliver successful missions
  • Utilize independent judgment to evaluate client needs, maximize sales, and adjust client portfolio on a case-by-case basis
  • Immerse yourself in the growing social media and influencer landscape
  • Understand business activities and the needs driving C-Suite decisions
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

* Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities

  • At least 5 years of sales experience
  • History of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Innovative, fresh thinking, and a problem-solver
  • Experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Experience working with influencer marketing programs or more
  • Knowledge of automated media purchasing or more
  • Ability to multitask and focus on responsibilities
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Slack
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • School BA [Business Administration, Marketing, Sales... or related field]
  • Past work for an agency, Social Media company, or similar talent management experience preferred
  • Entertainment/Startup experience is a plus
  • Actual Requirements:

+ Ability to speak or hear to give and receive information and directions + Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls + Ability to reach with hands and arms + Ability to spend up to 80% of the day on a computer keyboard + Visual acuity, ability to change focus and peripheral vision for work on a computer or other computer hardware + Travel up to 50% + Lift as well as move up to 25 pounds
