Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and productivity of our data entry processes, working closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers flexible hours, allowing you to work part-time while earning a competitive daily rate of £200.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the accuracy and productivity of data entry processes, working closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective
• Work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and overcome challenges
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding productivity targets and deadlines
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary school certification or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent writing rate and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
