Experienced Visual and Customer Service Leader – Remote Warehouse Operations

Job Summary

As a Visual and Customer Service Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the face of arenaflex in our warehouse, and your leadership and communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of warehouse associates in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently

• Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Identify and resolve any issues related to overage, deficiency, or damage, and communicate with customers and colleagues as needed
• Recognize and select units for storage or shipment accurately, using filtering gear technology and the Stockroom Management System
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the warehouse
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Shift and Agreement Length

* Work at least 2 shifts per month, with flexible shifts to accommodate on a case-by-case basis

• Work 28 hours per week, with the option to work additional shifts as needed
• Should have the option to work at least 1 four-hour shift per week to remain flexible

What You'll Need

* Be at least 18 years old

• Have at least 6 months of experience as a picker or in a similar role
• Be able to lift 75+ pounds unassisted and move items 150+ pounds unassisted or by means of group lift
• Be able to read and communicate in English for your safety and the well-being of those working around you
