• Response time: 2 minutes or less
• Resolution time: 5 minutes or less

Qualifications

To succeed as a Call Center Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
