Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with potential for extension. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing sensitive medical information, utilizing your expertise in Excel and Microsoft Word. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process sensitive medical information, utilizing Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Review and enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies
  • Participate in regular training and evaluation sessions to ensure proficiency in Excel and data entry best practices
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects

Essential Qualifications

* Prior data entry experience, with a strong understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote setting
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and productivity standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with sensitive medical information, with a strong understanding of healthcare data entry protocols
