Disney Stage Conveyance is a business unit within arenaflex that handles all external media sales efforts for distribution, subsidiary-related business activities for the company's direct-to-consumer services and straight media organizations, and content sales arrangements for Disney Entertainment and ESPN.

Job Summary

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to arenaflex's global audience across various social media platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support teams. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner across various social media platforms

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, escalating complex problems to senior support teams as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support to customers
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business Administration)

  • 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
