Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, leveraging your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures, ensuring customers have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, ensuring you're equipped to provide expert support and guidance to customers.

Essential Qualifications:
