We're seeking an experienced Lead Data Management Analyst to lead our Business Banking Operations team in driving data management excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data management strategies, coordinating data testing and validation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues. Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Data Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing data management strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Coordinating data testing and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
• Leading remediation efforts to resolve administrative and review issues related to data
• Administering and overseeing all administrative data/reports and cycles delivered/submitted within Business Banking Operations
• Ensuring successful execution of Information Chance and Controls structure in association with Business Bank Information, CBO Satisfaction, Adjusting and Focal point of Value, Administrative Announcing (e.g., Regulators) and Business Controls
• Partnering with CFO and Credit Chance associations to grasp their information conditions and proactively figure out how to meet their necessities
• Assembling and keeping up areas of strength for with associations with accomplices across Business Bank, CIB, Credit Hazard, Regulators, Business Controls, Information The executives and Bits of knowledge, and Innovation
