Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through our live chat platform. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, handling a variety of inquiries, including ticket bookings, flight status updates, baggage concerns, and general customer service questions. If you're a customer service enthusiast with excellent written communication skills, basic computer skills, and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat
  • Providing accurate information regarding flights, bookings, baggage policies, and other inquiries
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records consistently
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and ticket resolution

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with remote communication tools
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
