Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat: You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you will be responsible for responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues: You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues, and you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that customers receive the support they need.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
