Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing data entry tasks and creating high-quality Amazon listings. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collecting and entering data for assigned projects with accuracy and attention to detail
* Creating high-quality Amazon listings that meet arenaflex's high standards
* Sharing responsibilities for maintaining Amazon account health with the team
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Overseeing and reviewing the work of remote team members to ensure quality and consistency
* Managing Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and data sets
* Understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, with experience in creating and managing listings
* Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files to gather accurate and up-to-date information
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivation and a disciplined work ethic, with the ability to work independently most of the time
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Reliable attendance and work history, with a strong commitment to meeting commitments and deadlines
* Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required
Education & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent. While experience in data entry and Amazon listings is preferred, we're open to training and developing the right candidate.
Compensation & Hours
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that's negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications. As a full-time, first-shift hybrid position, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with manager approval following the initial 120-day period. The first 90 days will be an on-site training period, with equipment for remote work provided upon successful completion of the training period.
