Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in a client-facing environment. Your primary goal will be to deliver unparalleled service, exceeding our clients' expectations and building strong relationships that last a lifetime. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Taking ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, building strong relationships with our clients
  • Utilizing the Client's First approach to address clients' needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements
  • Providing travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to our clients, including making reservations and offering recommendations
  • Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our clients receive the latest information and insights

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment
  • Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully, providing tailored solutions that meet clients' unique needs
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a focus on delivering results and achieving shared goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and software applications
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in all situations

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, including airline, hotel, and car rental systems
  • Familiarity with luxury brands and high-end products and services
  • Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:
