Position Overview
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, and troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively. You will also have the opportunity to provide information about products and services, upsell and cross-sell additional products, and maintain detailed and accurate customer records. Collaborating with other team members to achieve company goals is also an essential part of this role.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
- Provide information about products and services, highlighting features and benefits to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products, increasing average order value and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer service and sales performance
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Requirements
* Fluency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required; we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure success
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing time and workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
