What You'll Do in This Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support and helping customers resolve technical issues related to their healthcare needs
- Assisting members with correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
- Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
- Being efficient in navigating multiple systems and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
