Job Description Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, while maintaining positive patient relations. Your primary duties will include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide service to patients in a professional manner
- Provide excellent, concise communication
- Learn and understand ETM software operation
- Learn and understand billing and account operations
- Answer and document all telephone inquiries
- Research and resolve problems with patients' bills
- Update patients' insurance coverage as needed
- Print courtesy claims and itemized statements
- Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information
- Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed
- Perform other duties and assignments as requested
Qualifications and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
- Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
